Live beautifully is program for Mother's and tween to teen girls. Beginning with a Mum's night to introduce the course and each other. It provides a safe environment where participants are lead through a number of topical sessions. Time is also allocated to one on one time along with group time. The program offers a three fold purpose:

My heart is for our girls in this media saturated world. They face all the same issues and concerns we did plus a whole lot of new ones. Mum's we are their biggest champions and influence, but we need to be prepared to have the tough conversations, to be their safe place.
